Coldwell Banker gains established team in Indiana
A real estate veteran with nearly 20 years of experience is bringing his team to Coldwell Banker McMahan in Indiana. The Paul Kiger Group, which has specialized in the southern Indiana and Louisville, Kentucky, areas since its founding in 2012, will now be based out of Coldwell Banker McMahan’s New Albany office.

The Kiger Group is led by Paul Kiger, whose total sales volume exceeded $24 million in 2024, according to a company press release. Kiger launched his team five years after entering the industry in 2007, and he expanded their efforts two years ago through a partnership with Coldwell Banker Realty along the West Coast.
“Southern Indiana and Louisville, Kentucky are where I built my name, delivering results with strategy, heart, and consistency,” Kiger said, adding that the markets in those areas feel like “home.”
Coldwell Banker Affiliates President Jason Waugh doled out praise for the Paul Kiger Group, saying its members “exemplify the caliber of professionals we are committed to supporting daily.”
“We are elated to have them join our esteemed global network and eagerly anticipate contributing to their continued success,” Waugh added.
eXp nabs 100+ agents in Arizona, Nebraska
eXp has welcomed The Kumler Group in Arizona and Elite Real Estate Systems (ERS) Real Estate Group in Nebraska to its agent network. The teams each bring more than 50 agents and closed millions in sales volume last year.

Arizona: Led by Scott Kumler, the Scottsdale-based Kumler Group had over $80 million in sales volume in 2024, according to an eXp press release. The 53-member team was previously associated with My Home Group, and Kumler said he decided to make the switch following “months of research.”

“My goal is to give unparalleled value and support to our agents,” he said, adding that eXp “gave me total confidence in our ability to scale support, coaching, and training.”
Nebraska: ERS Co-founders Jeff Cohn and Renee Mueller have moved to eXp after five years with Keller Williams. Their team — also with 53 agents — previously operated as kwELITE and closed $170 million in sales volume last year, according to a news release.
The Omaha-based team recently merged with Good Life Capital, an investment firm that is collaborating with ERS to build a new fintech platform. Through the merger and move to eXp, Cohn said “we’re accelerating our vision to connect every homeowner and tenant with every service they need — in a smarter, faster, and more seamless way than ever before.”
